Barbie's Untappd Check-Ins

Obviously we saw the Barbie movie. But to prepare, I dragged my friends on a quest for Barbie-aesthetic beers. We got dolled up and picked up lots of fun finds. Here are three that rocked my Barbie World!

Check-In #1: Code Pink by Fifth Hammer Brewing. This is sour ale with Watermelon, Strawberry and Lime comes in at 5% and has a bit of champagne effervescence to it. This would be Barbie's rally cry for one of her epic Girls' Nights (every night!)! Code Pink is currently on tap at Fifth Hammer and definitely worth a try. Perfect for pre-gaming with the gals before the movie!

Check-In #2 - Poolside Breeze from Perennial Artisan Ales, a Berliner Weisse with hibiscus, passionfruit, mango, lemongrass, orange peel and rose hips. Tastes how I imagine Barbie smells. Easily crushable at 4.2%, it's clearly a contender for a day at Beach or Pool. It is not trained in Lifeguard, though.

Check-In #3 - Maximum Florida by Westbrook Brewing. She's packing maximum pink and maximum fruit. I'm talking dragonfruit, guava, toasted coconut, Key lime, mango, passionfruit, pineapple, and tangerine, with a healthy dose of marshmallows and lactose just in case this wasn't tropical smoothie enough for you. This feels the MOST Barbie out of the three to me- the wild variety of flavors representing Barbie's endless identities, with some fluffy marshmallows thrown in to maximize the fun! It's basically a 6% breakfast smoothie.
